I am a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.S. in Health Sciences, completed my Dietetic Internship through University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH and am currently finishing my Masters in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University.
I have always known that I wanted to educate and help facilitate positive changes in individuals’ lives. I believe in creating a lifestyle that brings you joy – utilizing and personalizing nutrition to not only fuel our bodies for performance, but to nourish our minds and body.
At Good Soul Nutrition, I oversee the creation of wellness seminars as well as recipe development and serve clients focusing on intuitive eating, sports nutrition, hormonal imbalances and medical nutrition therapy for a variety of chronic diseases.
